Christmas in the Park

Every year my community hosts Christmas in the Park located down at the St. Mary's Waterfront Park.
Sorry this was the only pic I had of the sign last year!
The event takes place the first Saturday of December every year. The festivities kick off with
Santa Claus coming into Town on the Toonerville Trolley at noon.

Every year our local churches and business owners sponsor free lunch, cookies, drinks, and more!
And you won't want to miss:
- The Ginger Bread House serving up cookies and cocoa
Fun crafts for the kids to do
- Carnival style games
- Face painting
- Train ride for the tots
- Entertainment, carolers
and choirs to enjoy.

Did I mention that everything is completely FREE? Yes, you are reading this correct everything is FREE!
Last but not least here is the icing on the Gingerbread house...
Don't forget to bring your cozy blanket for the evenings grand finale. Families will snuggle up under the stars with hot cocoa and treats to watch our Christmas Movie on a large outdoor movie screen.
You still have time to load those kids up and head our way!
This is one of our favorite family Christmas events to celebrate! I hope to see you there! I am sharing with you a few pics from my Christmas in the Park from last year!

Buddy the elf & Jody!
Merry Christmas!
